Find the right fit with our size chart. Measure in the morning when swelling is minimal, and use a soft measuring tape held snug but not tight.

Measuring compression garment size

How to measure

Key circumferences we need for the perfect fit.

Use a soft measuring tape

Hold it snug against the skin — not tight, not loose. Measure on bare skin, not over trousers.

Measure in the morning

Swelling is minimal right after waking up. Avoid measuring at the end of a long day.

Take three key readings

Ankle at narrowest point (cB), calf at widest point (cC), thigh just below the buttock crease (cG).
